I collect everything including magazines. One fine day, I wanted to let it go but couldn’t find the heart to throw it away. So I planned on using it for my crafting needs. I started making upcycled paper beads for making jewelry. Before I knew it, I had made more than 1000 of them.
I realized that there are many crafters like me who would love to use these beads to craft too. So I am parting with some of my stash. I love making them even though it takes more time to make these than the beads we get commercially.
Now I can make almost all colors of beads just using the shiny, glossy, colorful magazine that would have been wasted by going in the dump. I feel, I am making just a small change to save our precious Mother Earth by making these beads. It brings me immense satisfaction that others will be also enjoying the fruits of recycling by using these beads.
As these beads are handmade and made from magazines, they will be slightly irregular in size, shape & color which makes each bead unique, one of it’s kind and organic in nature. You may choose which color of beads you want. If you do not select it, I will choose the best ones that I feel that you might like.
