Bandhani/ Bandhej/ Tie dyed fabric are all the same. It is a handmade fabric made by tying the portions of fabric that needs to be died with scraps of fabric & tie with yarn. After which, it is dipped in different colors and left to dry. After drying the scraps of fabric & tied yarn is untied to reveal a fabric that is kaleidoscopic in nature vibrant with bursts of various colors.
